The parking was right by our chalet. The chalet was very clean and cozy. It came equipped with full equipment in the kitchen. The location is perfect.
The chalet ones had very thin pillows.

The accommodation provided good value. The caravan was spacious. The park had a NICE setting and was close to attractions. The pool was a highlight, and the pool staff were friendly.
The cleanliness was a problem. There were brown stains in BOTH rooms. Black mould covered the shower. The single beds felt unstable with thin mattresses.

The chalet was clean and situated in a woodland setting. The kitchen included a microwave, a fridge, and a freezer compartment. A TV was available along with crockery and cutlery. The beds were comfortable.
The entertainment team could engage more and chat with the guests.

The location was quite good. A bus stop outside reception provided transport. The bus took you to St Ives for £10 for a family day ticket.

The caravan was furnished beautifully. I found it spotlessly clean. Parking was next to the van. It made carrying bags easy. The site maintained its trees. Shrubs were well maintained also.
The chalet did not include thick pillows.

our bronze chalet was fab! it cost just under £600 for 5 days. the chalet was spacious. it had 2 bedrooms, a decent bathroom, a good shower, and a fab little kitchen with everything we needed. the woodland setting is beautiful too! the pool is basic, but it is well organised with booked time slots, so it never gets too busy.
our micro lodge didn't have a tv in the master bedroom, though the website said it would. this was a big deal. the kids were sleeping in the lounge, so we had nowhere to watch tv

The lifeguards were attentive and gave us tips on where to visit. They were very helpful and friendly! the stripeys are fantastic with the kids and work hard to keep them entertained. excellent singers and dancers brought great personalities.

i found the caravan spacious and modern. it was good value for money. the park's setting near st ives and hayle was nice. i appreciated the pool the staff were friendly.
parking was difficult i couldn't park directly next to my caravan i found that inconvenient

broken dishwashernon-functional extractor
The dishwasher was broken. They knew for weeks!!! It was still advertised as working. Then, the extractor fan above the oven also didn't work. What a joke. The caravan was nice, though, apart from those small details, right?
